Do I get to keep the idea without restriction?
Yes. If you’ve paid for it, it’s yours. Go use it as you please for as long as you want and you won’t owe me anything else. I’d appreciate if you shared your good experience but you definitely aren’t required to.

No problem- either give me a chance to try again to make a better one or give up the idea and I’ll release the idea to my free ideas page.
Can’t I just use AI (artificial intelligence) for this?
I am AI. And I myself use computer artificial intelligence cAI. It can be a very powerful tool to sift through large amounts and reassemble information very quickly.
Where it is limited (at least currently) is in the generation of completely new ideas. Since it’s looking backwards and relies on existing human creations that it has access to, it won’t be as able to develop fresh new ideas.
Plus it doesn’t have hair. I have hair.

Payment
Once I accept your request I’ll let you know the best way to send payment. For the moment it will probably be some combination of Venmo, Paypal or Zelle.

Payment
Payment in full is due before getting an idea. Current payment methods include Venmo, Paypal or Zelle.
Refund
If you would like a refund just let me know in a week (7 days) if you aren’t happy with your idea. If I can’t offer you another idea, I’ll try to refund your payment as soon as I can. By rejecting an idea you accept that it may end up as a free idea on this website and/or potentially be used by me or someone else.
Guarantee/warranty
I do not guarantee or warrant that any idea will work. I also do not confirm that any idea is appropriate, logical, profitable, or legal wherever you use them.
I will keep anything you share with me confidential to the best of my ability. I won’t sell your email or other personal information or share your idea/concept with anyone unless you want me to.
Fun fact
If a T-Rex traveled 15 million years into the future it would still be closer in time to this website than it would be to the Stegosaurus.
Confidentiality
Once you pay for and accept the idea I create for you, I will not disclose or share your idea with any other person or party unless you want me to.
Ownership
I will not claim ownership of any idea that I sell to you (or comes out of one of our meetings) but you have the option to attribute or credit me if you want.
Liability
My liability is limited to the amount you pay for the idea and/or meeting. It’s 100% up to you if you do anything with the idea (or don’t).
Limitations
I am only providing ideas in exchange for payment. I am not providing any legal, medical, accounting, financial, therapeutic, nutritional an or other professionally regulated service or advice. Anything I communicate is not and should not be considered professional advice.
